1. Acceptance
By tapping Log in or otherwise using ZrioLine, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. The ZrioLine service
ZrioLine provides a curated digital gallery experience where you can browse Discover and Catalog, view artwork details and artists, save favorites, manage a cart, follow or block artists, chat with Concierge desks, and manage your Account preferences.
Edition information, pricing, and availability shown in the app are for product experience purposes and may be updated over time.
3. Account and login
- Login state is stored locally on your device.
- You are responsible for activity under your signed-in session on this device.
- You may sign out from Account at any time.
- Display name and avatar are optional profile customizations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse Concierge or other features to harass, spam, or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse catalog content beyond normal app use.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate profile images.
- Interfere with security or integrity of the application.
5. Intellectual property
Artwork imagery, artist names, edition metadata, branding, and the ZrioLine® name and design are protected. You may browse and collect within the app’s intended features, but you do not receive ownership of underlying copyrights unless a separate purchase agreement expressly provides it.
6. Orders and editions
Cart and order records in the current app experience are managed locally to demonstrate collector workflows. Limited-edition numbering and pricing are presented for transparency within the gallery experience. Final commercial fulfillment terms may be confirmed through official ZrioLine channels when applicable.
7. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” While we aim for a polished collector experience, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every recommendation or Concierge reply will meet every expectation.
8. Changes
We may update this Agreement as ZrioLine evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
